Our Response to COVID-19
The covid-19 has broken into all aspects of our lives; therefore, from Peak and Rainbow, we decided to inform our clients of how the pandemic has affected our service.
As a first natural consequence of the pandemic, products from Asia, especially from China, are taking longer to transport than expected. We thank our customers for their patience and understanding. Our products having delivery times of 1 to 3 weeks for imported products, there is no significant risk that the content of The packages is contaminated. Likewise, we recommend to our clients that any additional prevention measure such as disinfection of the original packaging is highly recommended.
For local inventory and locally manufactured products, we are striving to reduce shipping and manufacturing times despite quarantine and curfew in the state of New Jersey. Behind any locally manufactured product, there is a little customer who needs a distraction during this pandemic, so we are strictly monitoring the health of artisans and minimizing the number of people who work in each order.
We expect our clients to follow the recommendations given by government entities to stay safe and healthy.
